Berkey Stainless Steel Spigot Leaking

Every time i fill it i have a puddle on my counter and in my floor.

However i still have a puddle. If the leak is at the bottom chamber ensure that the washers are set up properly. Install the black washer and then the hex nut onto the threaded nipple of the spigot. See if the leak is coming from the spout where water is supposed to come out of or from where the spigot meets the bottom chamber.
